The Importance of H2O!

Why is it important? The list is endless. But here are a few benefits of drinking water:
- It boosts energy because your brain is strongly influenced by hydration status.
- It protects and lubricates your tissues, spinal cord & joints. Dehydration can compromise the stability of your joints and causes pain and discomfort.
- Boost metabolism – drinking 2 liters of water every day can increase your total energy expenditure by up to 96 calories per day!
TIP:
- Upon waking, chug 16oz of room temperature water. And yes…I mean CHUG!
- Jared recently did a leadership teaching on 8 Steps to the Healthiest Year of Your Life. Implementing step 3 into my morning routine has been a GAME CHANGER for me!
- A glass of water first thing in the morning will wake you up faster than a cup of coffee! (I’m a coffee addict and I can attest ?)
