GREEN DRINKS – WHAT ARE THEY?
- Combinations of dried plants that have blended into a powder form. Greens drinks are an easy way to get an array of health-boosting vitamins and minerals.
- Common ingredients include wheat grass, spirulina (an algae), chlorella, kale, kelp, beets, green tea extract and many more!
