Gratitude and Self-Reflection

No matter your circumstances or what’s going on in your life, there is ALWAYS something to be grateful for. Ask yourself these questions:
- What are 3 things I’m grateful for today?
- What “wins” did I have today?
- What is working?
- What isn’t?
- What could I have done better today?
- What changes do I need to make to be better at that thing tomorrow?
- What are my goals this week and how will I accomplish them?
TIPS:
- At the end of each day, set aside 5 minutes and ask yourself these 7 questions.
- Take time to reflect on your day. Be honest with yourself. You can write these down in a journal or just keep them in a note in your phone.
