Although there’s an array of prescription medication on the market, the rise of mental health continues.
Julia Rucklidge, a clinical psychologist conducted a placebo trial study where adult participants were given vitamins and minerals (micro-nutrients) to treat ADHD. In 8 weeks, twice as many micro-nutrient participants responded positively than those in the placebo group.
Micro-nutrients were also tested on patients with depression, schizophrenia and bi-polar disorder. The results showed steady and long-term improvement.
According to her researched findings, prescription drugs are only effective short-term. Micro-nutrients are not only more effective, but also much more affordable than medications on the market!
