6 Eco-Friendly Tips
Brandon Schwartz • August 22, 2019
- In the past 50 years, humans have consumed more resources than in all previous history
- The way we produce, consume and dispose of our products and our food accounts for 42% of U.S. greenhouse gas emissions
- Every year, we use over 50 billion plastic water bottles (that’s 2.5 million per hour)
- Recycle! You can recycle almost everything, from batteries to light bulbs to crayons. Before you throw it away, take a minute to find out if you could recycle it instead
- Use a re-usable water bottle
- Use eco-friendly paper straws or re-usable straws instead of plastic
- BYOF (bring your own fork when you eat your Superfit meals)
- Car pool with friends. Or just bike/walk more!
- Go paperless! Pay your bills online
